Projects - Allow as an Add-On for all pricing plans
As a 1-man business I only need limited features, but the Project feature is one of these that feels essential to my line of work. It is only available in the highest pricing plan and is not available as an add-on. This appears to price out small businesses who want this feature. Please consider allowing this as an add-on, even if it isn't to be available in different pricing tiers.

I agree, I am a one man band and require projects for the nature of my business. Having to pay the top tier price for features I won't use to get the one feature I need seems backwards to me.

Xero is becoming unaffordable for our two person partnership, because we have to be on such a high plan so that we can track our time (essential for our type of business). PLEASE make projects available on lower plans as an add-on! We would be much happier and more loyal customers, rather than constantly scanning the market for an alternative

This!!! I can think of no logical reason why Xero are making it so that it's only available on a plan with 5 person payroll. This seems to me to fall into the 'greedy' category than the 'there's a logical reason for this' category of reasons.

I agree, as a 1 person business, and a user of Projects as a useful paid add on for a while I've been forced to upgrade to the highest pricing plan just to keep this essential element. How unfair, you've out-priced small businesses. Please make Projects available to lower tier plans.

I concur with Daniel, I might have to get an alternative software to help me manage projects and time input given that higher priced Xero plan contains too many other features that are not going to be used by me, so no point in paying the higher price just for time tracking.

Geoff thats a fairly unhelpful comment, considering Projects is only available in the Ultimate plan. If you don't need it, why don't you drop down to the Comprehensive plan?

This would be good to go the other way. We have Project as part of our plan but have no plans to use it. It would be good to drop it from our plan with a commensurate discount.
