Projects - Integrate with Google Calendar
Integrate Xero Projects with Google Calendar so you can allocate workload/timesheets to projects more seamlessly.
19 votesThanks so much for taking the time to share this idea with us 😊 We can absolutely see how an integration between Google Calendar and Xero could make things a bit easier when you're managing work across different tools.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can get a better sense of how many customers this would help, and learn more about the different ways people would like to use this kind of integration.
While there aren’t any plans for this in the near future, we’ll be keeping a close eye on the idea and the level of support it gets from the community.
If this would make a real difference to the way you work, please keep voting and feel free to add a little more detail about your use case too — that context is really helpful for our product team

Project - Multiple contacts
Multiple contacts on a Project. Projects can currenlty only be built and linked to 1 contact at a time. However. in terms of training and events where there could be multiple contacts linked this is an issue. If Xero could add the option for multiple contacts this would be great. It would save all my issues in terms of tracking a job.

I want to be transparent with you all here that this isn't something we have plans for developing projects for at this time, however are continuing to pay attention to the ideas and improvements our customers would like to see in this feature through these forums. I'll share if there are any updates planned.

Projects - Create more tabs for Projects
in Projects, you only have 3 options as tabs, Draft, in progress or closed, it would be great if i could create more tabs. (on proof to customer, waiting on customer artwork, etc)

Projects | Quotes & Invoices - Show reference number
Include the option to show the invoice reference, instead of just the number, in the Quotes & Invoices page of the project
22 votesHi team, we appreciate feedback we have received here on the value being able to see the reference number from within the Quote and Invoices tab within projects could provide.
Being completely open this isn't something we have plans for developing at this time however we are aware of the interest and are continuing to track this idea. If there is any shift in movement we will share an update. Thanks

Reconciliation - Add project without adding details
At the moment to enter a project number when reconciling, you have to enter details every time. Can you add the project drop-down box into the bank rec screen for every transaction
