Practice tools | Clients - Create a registered office field on client details for companies

Create a Registered Office field in the contact details so that for client companies, we can have a quick view of physical/business, postal and registered office details. Currently, we have had to create a custom field, which you have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to view.

Hi everyone, thanks again for your contributions about adding a registered office address for company clients.

We’re pleased to share that Xero Partner Hub now includes a Registered Office address type, providing a clear and authoritative place to record this information alongside Street and Postal addresses. Existing Delivery and other secondary addresses have been moved to Additional addresses, with notes retained to help preserve context.

We hope this makes it easier to keep client records accurate and quickly find the address you need. We appreciate you helping us improve client information management in Xero.

    This would be extremely helpful, especially with the CAS360 integration. We have so many companies we can't match as the address in CAS360 is the registered office (our address) but in XPM we have the address that we send everything to. This would significantly improve the integration.

    This would be helpful as company may have different register address from physical address.
