Practice Manager (XPM) - Restore date and time details in Notes
XPM Notes - Restore date and time details.
With the new changes to notes in XPM it now shows an approximate timeframe ie- a month ago, 2 months ago.
It no longer shows an actual time stamp on the note to know when it was created or when it was edited...
We use the notes section to record ATO interactions and being able to give them an exact date is much more effective than to say about 2 months ago. Especially when they haven't met their requirements with solving issues.

We completely agree with restoring date and time details for Notes at Client level.
We rely on the date and time to track the sequence of events. Where necessary, we update additional remarks within the same note so that we can view the full progress of a matter in one place. We manually include the date and time for each update to avoid cluttering the notes section with multiple entries.
However, under the new view, the original date and time are overwritten when a note is edited, which affects our ability to track the event sequence accurately.
In addition, the current layout is less readable — the header is no longer bold, making it harder to distinguish entries at a glance.
