  1. 1) Revert the DISPLAY name to be larger again.
    2) JOBS - keep current and archived on one page, like it previously was is PM.
    3) Discontinue to automation of opening a new tab each time you click on a job.

    Hey Cordia, we appreciate your feedback about the New XPH experience. However we are not able to accept ideas that have multiple request in one post. Can you please create separate ideas for each feature you'd like to see this developed for, with as much detail around what you would like to see as possible so we can gauge support and keep users updated.

  2. When viewing archived jobs and current jobs, it automatically presets to the oldest job. I change the view and each time the screen refreshes, it reverts back. There should be an option to keep jobs listed in the order you set it as, as a permanent setting, not reverting every single time we click on a new screen.

    Hey Cordia, thanks for your Feedback on the archived jobs date filter options. We have moved this ot Feedback as the New XPH experience will mean the archived jobs view will be updated to a new look and feel. You can find more information around the new experience in our Xero Blog. Thanks again for raising this Idea with us, we appreciate the time and it's always great to hear how we can improve our customers experience.

  3. The recent global Xero outage at the end of October highlighted a challenge for firms relying heavily on XPM: when Xero goes down, so does a big part of your workflow. Many teams reported staff unable to progress work because core systems were offline.

    How do other Xero Partners handle business continuity during these outages? Would it be valuable to have an integrated or secondary platform that allows firms to keep operating to some degree until Xero is back online?

    What features would you want in such a solution—client visibility, task tracking, invoice status, or something else? Keen to hear…
