Contact - Ability to select email group when sending invoices/statements
Instead of manually adding/removing email addresses when sending invoices via Xero, being able to select a contact group to send them to.
For example, for one of my clients, when I send an invoice from Xero I need to CC 5 different internal people and would rather be able to select a group instead of entering them individually.
Being able to select a group would be less time consuming for us, and look less clunky for their customer.

Hi Suzanna, thanks for sharing this idea. We understand that having a quicker way to send invoices and statements to groups of contacts could help make billing workflows more efficient.
The suggestion is to allow users to select contact groups directly when sending invoices or statements, instead of manually adding individual recipients each time.
For now, adding additional recipients to contact records can help ensure the right people receive communications. We’ll continue tracking this idea here so the community can share feedback and examples to help shape future improvements.

I would find it very useful to be able to add, edit & remove email addresses as a 'global, value rather than having to go into each customer and paste an updated email address or remove an unused one: far better is to have a set of contact details, including any emails and use the same details for several customers to which these were ascribed.
eg: we create a group, add customers to it, then add email details to that group rather than each customer. The group could be ticked/unticked as the default details to use - giving the option to allow individual emails when required for customer within that group. -

I have the same issue.
I have invoices that I have to send to company account and cc the directors.
I can't remember to do that from time to time as there is only 1 main contact shows on the email page + I can't search their email, I have to copy and paste their email from the contact page again.
It will be good to have all additional people contact showed on the email tab. It is easier for me to delete than missed out to invoice them.
