Superannuation Income Stream Error
When Superannuation Income Stream information is imported from ATO Prefill, the amounts are automatically included in the individual's taxable income calculation. In some cases, this treatment is not correct, however there is currently no option to retain the imported schedule while excluding the income from taxable income calculations.
Attempting to adjust the schedule can result in validation errors, leaving deletion of the entire schedule as the only practical workaround. This removes useful prefill information and reduces the audit trail within the return.
