As per attached - when reconciling transactions, the Description box in the line-item grid is too narrow.
Entered text gets visually cut off, and there's no way to widen the columns or see the full text without clicking into each field individually and scrolling with arrow keys. - and even then its still a not user friendly!
Is especially hard to review or edit longer descriptions at a glance.

I thought Xero's had already improved text wrapping and column sizing for invoice line-item grids? It would be great to see the same improvement applied to the Spend money transactions when doing bank reconciliation...

**Suggested fix: Apply the same automatic text-wrapping/column optimisation used on invoice line items to the Description and Account fields in the reconciliation interface, so full text is visible without needing to click in.

FYI, the response I got for the case I raised:
"We understand that the Description and Account fields in the transaction reconciliation screen are too small, causing entered text to be cut off and making it difficult to add or review information.
As a temporary workaround, you could prepare longer details in a separate note and then copy and paste them into the relevant field. You can also use the arrow keys or Home and End keys to move through text that isn’t fully visible."

I'm sorry but this is not a user friendly suggestion!

I frequently receive remittances for up to 50 invoices and having to keep scrolling down the list to mark them off is time consuming.
Having the option to expand the window to see more invoices would be very helpful.

Can currently only see 5 transactions at a time and have to scroll multiple times to mark off all transactions for a payment of 20-30+ invoices. This is time consuming and it would be better to be able to extend the matching window to view say at least 20 transactions at once to reduce the amount of scrolling required

5 at a time is not enough.

To be able to adjust the widths of the preset headings (Date, Name, Reference, Spent and Received) when you are trying to find and match in the bank reconciliation screen.

The find and match screen for received payments of invoices is too small. You are constantly having to scroll up and down the list and back and forth between the next screen when you have 50 or so invoices to match to one payment. Can we please make this screen expandable and include more transactions. Thanks

Yes, totally agree with Jain. This seems like it could be a reasonably uncomplicated change that would save me heaps of time. I have one or two customers who pay 300+ invoices at a time and I am forever scrolling.

We have 60+ clients who pay through direct debit which credits the bank account as a single amount. This has to be reconciled as over 400 individual transactions in Xero. We would like to be able to expand the page to view all 50 plus lines. More importantly there should be a "save" option while matching to enable any adjustments and allocations to be made without losing all the previous matches.
