Please add an option to ‘raise a case’ directly from the status page to alert Xero to any outages.
Sometimes the Xero outage prevents logging into the platform therefore, raising a case through Xero Central is not an option. It is also quite a process to get to the point where you can raise a case even if you do have access to Xero.
A more efficient way for your customers to notify you of any faults is to do so directly from the status page.1 voteHi Melanie, thanks for sharing this on our Product Ideas page. I wanted to let you know that it is currently possible to raise a case directly from our Status page. Simply open the page and follow the prompt, "If you can't login to Xero, let us know."

Customer Statements - Payments Showing
When sending clients statements, clients cannot view their payments clearly. For example our client made a payment on 8th September however all he could see was the allocation rather then the actual payment.
Is there a way for the statement to show the payment as well as/ instead of how it was allocated to make it easier for clients to understand3 votesHi Donica. Did you know it's already possible to do this in Xero?
To show the payments clearly on the customer statements you change the option from Outstanding to Activity. This will show the date of the payment and the payments itself. If you need any help accessing the Activity option for the Customer Statements please just raise a case with our Support team and they can walk you through this.😊
