Please add an option to ‘raise a case’ directly from the status page to alert Xero to any outages.
Sometimes the Xero outage prevents logging into the platform therefore, raising a case through Xero Central is not an option. It is also quite a process to get to the point where you can raise a case even if you do have access to Xero.
A more efficient way for your customers to notify you of any faults is to do so directly from the status page.
