Xero Support - Ability to download support conversations
Xero support is first class. It would be useful to have the ability to download support conversations.

Coming back to this idea, while we appreciate the feedback and how you'd personally find this useful, as we have not seen a lot of supporting in this idea overtime it'll soon be removed.
This still isn't something we have any direct plans around in the near term, however as mentioned in my last update in lieu of a direct download or export capability you could copy & paste the detail of a support case into an external document such as Google Docs or MS Word for your own records.
