Xero Product Ideas - Notifications issue
You keep on sending me and others emails based on a new idea, or 'an idea you follow has a new comment'.
You kindly offer within the email a hotlink described as 'view idea', but the hotlink does not lead to the idea, it leads to 293 other ideas.
I then have to search amongst them using title or OPs name. Waste of time.

Hi Steve, this sounds like an issue with the email you're receiving. The link should direct you to the related idea thread. - If this is not a case could you please raise a case with our Xero Support team and share the email you've received so we can investigate?
If you would like to change the notifications you're receiving you can login to Xero Product Ideas and click on your initials in the top right of the screen and go to 'Settings and Activity', where there are notification options on the left side of the page for updates and comments. Thanks
