Email Audit Notification When Xero Support Is Added to an XPM Tenant
When Xero Support is added to a Xero Practice Manager tenant, Xero should automatically send an email notification to the tenant’s registered email address.
This would provide a clear audit trail and help firms track when staff members grant Xero Support access to the tenant.
When Xero Support is added to an XPM tenant, Xero should automatically send an email to the tenant’s registered email address.
The email should include:
The date and time Xero Support was added
The user who added Xero Support
A short explanation of what access was granted
A reminder to remove Xero Support when access is no longer required
A link to relevant audit logs or support access settings
