An error occurred while saving the comment Sarina Schmidt commentedIt would be good to have functionality in Xero to be able to use Report code mapping to organise/structure reports by groups. As the mapping is already putting accounts in groups and subgroups it would be good if you can run say a P&L with the accounts in the groups set in mapping instead of customising the report also.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sarina Schmidt commentedIf we can simply add more Ordinary Hours under Ordinary earnings rate and all hours worked in Ordinary Hours would accrue leave this would be much simpler than having to setup "multiple Earnings Rate" and having to calc the multiplication for each pay change.
Also creates a problem that we need one Ordinary Hours as a Rate per unit to put in a rate amount, but different staff have different combinations of which ordinary hours used so can't have one main with rate per unit and rest as multiple rate.Sarina Schmidt supported this idea · -

I have been able to find how to change the default on particular inventory and customers, but I want the default to change for any invoice created regardless of customer.

We appreciate users wanting more flexibility in the data they show on invoices. At present our teams are re-developing some of the base features across Sales with particular focus on new invoicing.
At this time, there are no plans for developing a fields for a PO number in invoicing. Focus is on existing features in invoicing.
It's good to get a renewed understanding of interest here on Product Ideas, and if there's any news we will update on this here.In the meantime, there is a way the custom template can be edited to rename the Reference field as a 'Purchase Order Number' field - see more in the discussion here.

Thanks for your feedback on the thread. Though not useful for all, we did bring attention to the reports that could help some people in the forums here.
We'll continue to consider this and other ideas for customer statements as the platform evolves.
Again not a full resolve but another option that could be handy for some is the inclusion of the Outstanding bills link when sending individual invoices to your customers. Through this, persons of a contact will be able to view and get detail of the invoices they have outstanding with you at any given time.

And we can have a column to list the % of total revenue and COGS per Customer.
