Hi Alex, with a recent change we've made to the Contacts record you could upload and save a Suppliers statement as a file directly to the contacts record in Xero. Does this accomplish what you're asking here? You'll also find within a contacts record that you can add notes within the details when editing a contact which are visible on the right of the contacts record once saved.

Thanks for the feedback and great to hear the use you find in repeat templates in Xero.
While there's no way to bulk update templates atm, you may find updating your templates through export & import of invoices more helps quicken things up?
You could export invoices that have been generated from your template to CSV, update the amounts in the exported file, and then re-import.
This will create 'Draft' invoices in your Xero org from which you can create a Repeat template and then delete the draft. 🙂

Hey community, 👋 thanks for all your support on this idea, I’m pleased to let you know that this has been delivered for UK Payroll initially! It includes the ability to select the date range you’re interested in, and check boxes to either select all results or multiple. Then you can download your selection as a single PDF of multiple payslips.
For users in AU and NZ we know this is a highly anticipated feature, however to be open this is not any immediate plans for those teams so we’ll leave this idea open. While we appreciate it doesn’t help employers needing bulk downloads, employees can be invited into the Xero Me portal to self-serve payslip collection.

Because you new bills list view is to **** I cant see the information accurately any more.
Also need to be able to reorder the columns because some computer (not accounts) person decided to mess them all up and now I can tell heads from tails.Fiona Davidson

Hi community, to continue sharing on our development of einvoicing in the UK - we've now released our first part of this experience. So, if you have registered for einvoicing, you'll be able to edit your billing contact to select to 'Receive Xero subscription bills as einvoices where you'll just need to enter your businesses VAT. As mentioned in my last update - we're still developing this experience, and coming up will be the ability to choose this option from the online invoice itself. I'll loop back when this is released.

Hi everyone, we have some updates in the UK with the bill payments method with Crezco. You now have more control of your cashflows with the ability to schedule bills to be paid at a future date using direct bank transfer. This helps to avoid potential bank charges for same day transactions, and missing due dates. Along with this you'll also be able to stay up to date with your payments with real-time payment status in Xero. Meaning you don't have to log into your bank to check the status of each bill payment. With an overview of all payments made using direct bank transfer, you have an accurate record of which suppliers have been paid, and when.
We know there are users from others regions also interested in the idea here and we'll share if there are any updates for expanding similar functionality in other places.

Hi everyone, thanks for joining and supporting this idea.
We understand there are a few different use cases for why you'd like to attach a file to an asset within the Fixed Assets register, as well as transactions themselves.
To be upfront our team's current focus, like many areas of Xero, is on upgrading Fixed Asset technology, as we build greater consistency between Xero experiences, making it easier to learn and navigate Xero. Some of these changes may seem minor, but are critical in terms of delivering new and exciting value later on.
That being said, our team is researching what comes next and this is a focus because it is the most supported idea for Fixed Assets right now.
As we continue forming the future of Fixed Assets in Xero, we'll share if there’s any updates.

Some may notice you can now effortlessly search and filter statement lines based on your preferred criteria, giving you ultimate control and efficiency. Plus you’ll be able to view more statement lines on your screen - up to 50 unreconciled statement lines on one page. 🚀
Worth noting here with the interest in getting a narrower view of statement lines that need reconciling on a given or between certain dates - you’ll find with the more option to the right of Search you’ll be able to set a date range and filter down your view 😁If you don't quite have the new features yet, I can assure you they are coming soon, as we ramp up the release of this to everyone over the next few weeks. Hi Lilly, with Xero expenses you can upload a copy of a receipt and have it auto capture the contents to create an expense through the app - See more on this here
