Hi Cherry, thanks for sharing this idea! It’s clear that not having “My Jobs” on the homepage adds extra clicks and makes it harder to keep on top of daily priorities.
As a workaround in the meantime, the Jobs table on the homepage does have filters — you can filter the jobs by Assigned to me as staff, Assigned to me as manager, or Assigned to me as partner to help focus on the tasks relevant to you. Still, we know a dedicated homepage widget would make this even smoother.
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can track interest and see how many in the community would benefit. Your votes and comments help our product team understand the impact, so please keep them coming!

It’s great to get such specific detail on how the visibility of group names impacts your workflow, especially when navigating between multiple screens in XPM.
I have moved this into our Gaining Support category.
This means other members of the community can now vote on your suggestion, which helps our product teams gauge interest and prioritise future UI refinements. We’ll keep a close eye on this one to see how much traction it gets. Thanks for helping us improve the XPM experience!

Hey Amy, thanks for sharing your feedback and for explaining how an alert or “on hold” option in Xero Practice Manager would help you manage work for clients who owe outstanding fees. We’ve reviewed this idea and are now moving it to the Gaining support status so other partners can vote and add their own use cases. Your comments and votes play an important role in helping our product team understand the impact of ideas like this and how they should be prioritised on our roadmap. Hi Amy, when searching for a specific lodgement, needing to check each status tab can take a bit of time. Being able to search across all return statuses in one place would make it much easier to quickly find what you’re looking for, regardless of its current stage.
At the moment, this requires clicking through each tab in Tax Manager or going back into the client record.
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can track interest and share it with our product teams as a potential improvement to search and navigation.

Thanks for feeding back on the Client search, Carey. The way that search works for the new client list experience is a little different to the older experience, and partial matching is not a feature with this new search.
While it's not in our roadmap atm, our team are keen to stay close the support this idea receives and will consider in future planning. I'll share if there are any updates here.

Hi Natalie, appreciate your idea about including prior year returns in the Ready to Start list. We can see how this could make workflows in Tax Manager a bit more straightforward.

On the home page can the Jobs assigned to me widget have the ability to prioritise the jobs in order of priority for staff so they know what order to work on jobs
