    Appreciate the short videos and can see what you're saying, Chris - Have you raised a case with our Xero Support team about the slowness in loading?

    Actual slowness in the page loading are issues that we'd like to dig into deeper as they aren't occurring for all users so it'd be good to be able to investigate one on one with our Xero Support team who can escalate if needed. Thanks

    Yes, so annoying! I'm finding this new way of searching for products takes longer too. Previously, I would just type in the item code then tab across and xero had already found the product. Now if I do that and tab across, xero hasn't found the product yet so it defaults to opening the "create new" screen. So now I have to type the product code, then wait until it finds it, then I can tab across.

    I'm also having a similar issue when searching for contacts - I can type the contact's entire name, but because that word is contained within another contact's email, the other contact pops up first.

    Hi community, thanks for sharing your feedback in the idea here. Since first raised, we have made some improvement to the Bills to pay page including the ability to quick view and edit bills on the fly from the list, a duplicates review feature and the ability to directly upload to create draft bills in your organisation.

    Taking some of the more recent development into play it'd be good to hear if there are still particular aspects of this page that you feel could be improved.

    The quick view screen to me is completely unusable; it takes up almost the entire screen and yet still can't fit each column since it's all so widely spaced. The amount you have to scroll if you have a few lines is ridiculous when there's still so much white space on the screen. It's similar to the issues with the new invoicing layout.
    I also don't know how to edit from the quick view screen?
    Viewing the attached PDF will now cause the screen to jump way up the list of bills, so you have to scroll back down to get back to the bill you're viewing the PDF for.
    I think you're already aware of all the issues most users are having with the duplicate bills review and how useless that feature has been so far.

    Coming back to comment again as I've just received a stack of bills from a supplier who also uses Xero, who noted a PO as well as having the auto-generated invoice number on each. I WAS going to have dext auto-publish all their bills to save time, but I now have to manually go through every one just to copy the reference into the invoice number section. So time consuming for something Xero already has on their invoices!

    Yeah I notice you can add a PO & Invoice number to invoices, not sure why this isn't possible for bills. Would certainly be super helpful, as currently we just have to squeeze both into the one field.

    Hi community, we appreciate all the feedback you've shared on how we can improve new invoicing for your needs.

    In relation to the alert of available credit as raised in this idea, we've identified there are a few situations for Invoice only users where the available credit pop up isn't being shown. This is something we have plans to fix, and while I can't give a specific date on the idea here, we want you to know this is important to us and I'll keep you updated on progress here.

With our reimagined navigation this is something our product teams considered closely, however there is a bit of work involved to achieve what's being asked and we want to be open it's not in the roadmap right now.     Hi everyone, we understand you'd like more consistency in the documents you send from Xero and appreciate all your feedback on Remittance customisation here. While we have longer terms intentions to improve branding across Xero, this is not roadmapped for development at present.

    I'm shocked this still isn't a feature considering this idea was shared almost a decade ago.. I just noticed I had an option to send a remittance advice using my custom branding, but nowhere on the remittance advice did it actually have a title stating what the document was? I can't find anywhere to modify it to add that in either?

    Hi everyone, we want to share that we've released a change to history for each time an invoice is sent.

    Invoice history will now show the primary recipient email whenever an invoice is sent. This includes the initial and any subsequent send of an invoice.

    We appreciate this has been a pain point for everyone that's joined in the idea here and hope this visibility improves your experience in invoicing.

    We'd like to confirm how this works;

    • This record is only applicable from here on in, there are no updates to any historical entries for sending.
    • History will show the email of the initial recipient entered in the 'To' field any emails that you include as a CC or BCC option will not be shown.

    We do want to highlight, that while the email will be recorded in majority of cases, there are a few scenarios our team have picked…

    Hi Larina, we appreciate our customers have different preferences for the bills page they would like to default to and this option is available within the 3 dot menu on the Bills page.

    From here you'll be able to set the Awaiting Payment screen as the default.

    It's not possible to do this for the Invoices screen atm so I've slightly changed the title of your idea here to reflect that specifically. We'll continue to track the interest here and let you know if there's any progress.
