commentedYes, I was horrified to find that Xero has Zero graphical template editors. Our 20 year old version of QuickBooks had one, it was a little painful, but it worked fine, and what you saw was what you got. I feel like its the late 1980s again, trying to create a professional template with lines of code and no preview. On top of that, there isn't even a 'preview' function any more in the template editor. So you're completely in the dark to see what effects your edit have made until you create a dummy invoice.
Then when you search for help, everyone is complaining that the preview doesn't even match what goes into the pdf !I also love the thought police deciding to call them 'branding themes' rather than templates. If they had any clue about branding, you wouldn't get the message "Your image will be scaled to a maximum of 400 pixels wide and 120 pixels high" when uploading a logo. Anything larger than a postage stamp will look grainy as all getout. There's also Zero support for vector images.

commented+1 for this. Xero support for project based professional services businesses is ....disappointing to say the least. The Xero projects app is woefully unreliable, and hasn't been updated for 15 months. There are many timekeeping app options, but I'm yet to find one that integrates with Xero and properly passes projects and tasks that may have a different charge rates for different projects. And the inability to simply import csv timesheets is astounding. Michael Filgate

I work in a company with 2 people. Even for me, there's no way I want super payments to be disable because I'm on leave. How do big companies handle this ? Can the approval code be directed to an email instead ?
