It’s great to see ideas around attachment previews, especially how support for .eml and .msg files could make audit workflows smoother.

Adding preview support for .eml and .msg files just like the current pdf (https://suraahyaseenpdf.com) preview would make Xero much faster to use, removing the need to download emails just to view them.

Aaah gotcha, thanks for the confirmation and additional feedback on the idea here. A bit of an extension from our existing functionality for Contacts and there may be some CRM solutions that you could explore in the Xero app store atm.
