Hi Gloria, could you give detail on what is missing in the packing slip that doesn't quite suit your clients needs here?

Packing Slip is NOT fit for purpose - Need to be able to edit this and call it a Delivery Note and add custom information as well as ideally record serial no's - automatically or manually ( would be great start ).
This has been missing since Xero started..

Hi all, as we develop our purchase order and inventory experience our customers feedback has been highly valuable to unpick the painpoints that we can solve for - thank you for your contributions in these forums.
Development for working with negative inventory is well underway and we look forward to updating you again soon with more detaols of how this all works in Xero closer to it's release 😊

Support for Back Order and other supply models - Ability to create a quote with partial or no ( -ve stock ) that will be ordered in.
Xero inventory only support basic business models current.

Appreciate hearing your feedback on this here, Tania. I can assure you our teams did a lot of testing with all aspects of the homepage prior to it's rollout however we totally understand there are different views of what information would be most valuable, where. This is exactly the type of thing we're keen to hear and understand the appetite of through product ideas.
Just to confirm for everyone coming across this idea - While slightly changed in terms of placement it's possible to view Drafts for Invoices and Bills in their related Invoices owed to you, or Bills to pay widgets.
This is now found beneath the graph where you can click the 'x' drafts text to go straight to the list of draft invoices (or bills) - see image
We don't have any immediate plans for changing the placement of the Drafts link within the Invoices owed to…

Thanks for spending time to review the new homepage! It's great to hear what information is most valuable for you to get an overview of your organisation.
While we don't have immediate plans for developing this specific idea atm, we're keeping a close eye on all feedback being shared in this forum for our product teams to consider as they keep enhancing this experience.

I think we need to be able to setup multiple delivery addresses for our organisation to match our various locations and also to potentially drop ship goods from a supplier direct to our customers - hence ability to have some present and edit is needed.
Overall - Xero does not seem to have its lost direction in terms of adding/ maintaining core functionality that business need.. and is wasting time other area's like the dashboard which does not fix the underlying that gaps that Xero fails to address.
