💥 Thanks for sharing this idea, Fran we can see how being able to select inventory items while creating a transaction in Smart Document Capture would help reduce double-handling and save time.

Hi community, we appreciate the on-going interest this idea is receiving and the growing needs in the ability to customise documents that you send from Xero.
Right now, our position for this idea remains the same - we do have future plans to improve the branding experience across Xero, starting with invoicing which you can read more about.
As this experience continues to build out we'll make sure to share any updates for customising Remittance for everyone here.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback on prepayment and accrual schedules. We appreciate you explaining how important this is for your month-end processes and workflow efficiency.
I’d like you to know your idea's been carefully reviewed by our product team. They appreciate and understand the need for tracking revenue and expenditure related to prepayments and accruals, however at this time with other initiatives in the roadmap such as improving the bill creation and payment processes there are currently no plans for this in the pipeline.
We’re keeping a close account of the support in this here, and will continue to review this opportunity within future planning. If there’s any progress made I’ll be sure to share with you all, here.

We create sales invoices in another system outside Xero but then need to get them into Xero to do the bookkeeping. But we need to track inventory so at the moment we can't really use Smart Document Capture as it doesn't let us assign an inventory code to each sales line. If we could do that it would enable us to use Smart Document Capture which would save us a load of time.
