  1. I would appreciate the Search engine to be reverted back to how it was. The new "upgraded" search is close to useless. When I search for clients, I expect all relevant clients to come up. I don't want to type in the whole client name, just to get their details to show up. Previously I could type in a few letters and the search would come up with an amazing list of relevance....

    3. Bills listed thereafter

  3. It would be really useful if Bills autosaved to Drafts - as happens when you enter an Invoice. Because Invoices are autosaved, you are in that mindset and can often forget that you have to click Save or Approve for a Bill to be logged.

  6. Honestly, This is very frustrating that we need to manually allocate the bill credits against the outstanding Invoices, it's taking a lot of time to do so, I highly request Xero to please come up with a solution for this

  9. We publish a large quantity of bills from Hubdoc to Xero. To implement a purchase order system we will need to be able to link these bills from Hubdoc to Purchase orders created in Xero. Otherwise Hubdoc is not really of use to us and will make the work load more.

  10. We use an invoice as a template to take up daily sales from the external POS system, and there are a large number of different line items with different account allocations. There is an issue at the moment with the chosen account allocation not saving to the account selected, with a seemingly random default account chosen by the system, which I believe is a known issue that the Product Team is investigating.

    As part of solving that problem, it would be great if the account allocation isn't shown on the finalised invoice for any lines with a $0 value.

  11. Sticky header/footer for bank reconciliation (cash coding, bank statements and account transactions tabs). The idea is to not have to scroll down all the way to jump to a specific page or navigate to the next page. The option to navigate between pages must be easily accessible at all times.

  12. Hi People, I run a report where I can match my XPM clients to the ATO report. However, since the single client record merger, my reports in XPM have been detecting the Blue Xero files. In other words, the report cannot exclude the Xero Blue files in HQ.

    This is a nuisance because, as practitioners, we need to ensure the currency of our client reports. Can you please create a field that excludes the unrelated data being pulled into the report?

  13. The new invoicing alerts you to a credit on a customer's account if you APPROVE an invoice but if you APPROVE AND ADD ANOTHER invoice it simply moves right on and does not mention the credit. Please could the apply credit option be available regardless of the way you finalise your invoice.

  14. Change Expense Claimant in Expense Claims.
    I have a delegate who adds most all of my expenses using XeroMe.

    They are not an employee rather a bookeeper at the accountant. At present using XeroMe all expeneses are created in their name and in Xero, it states them as an Employee and after saving or submitting you cannot change whom it is for.

    In Xero on a laptop, you can change who a claim is for, why is this greyed out in XeroMe?
    It should be the same.

  15. Remove or option to not display Legal Name on invoice emails. We trade as a Pty Ltd. Our legal name is a family trust - a change has been made recently whereby this is now being displayed on the invoice emails. Please give us the option to revert to how the email previously displayed.

  16. I would like to be able to see Check numbers in the list of invoices owed. that way when I view a client and their activity ... the invoice shows paid ... I would be able to see the check number they paid with. The reason is sometimes a client sends a check and does not indicate what invoice to apply it to.     Please can you display the combined chart of accounts account code with the CoA description in the account column as you do on in the classic view, rather than us needing to click on the description that shows in the column, so the account code then also shows.

  19. It would be great to be able to group certain lines of an invoice together (for example by adding some spacing between groups), to make long invoices more readable and logically coherent.

    It used to be possible to add spacing on the Classic invoicing page by pressing Enter a few times on the description field, but this no longer works on the New invoicing.

Hi, Just thought I would let you know that adding a payment before sending the invoice to the customer showing $0 balance in the NEW invoice template settings is terrible and you have to flick from one section to another. It was so much easier in the OLD invoice setup. For ecommerce businesses who are creating an invoice for an item already paid for it needs to be more user friendly.     Appreciate your feedback, Earl - To make sure I'm sharing back correctly here. When you say adding a payment is frustrating do you mind confirming what you expect to occur. For example is it that there are too many steps involved? Or you're seeing something different when sending a $0 invoice that you'd like to be different?
