Reports: Show net profit or loss on Trial Balance report
Showing profit of Loss on Trial Balance (at both Client XERO Blue and advisor) Reports
At present the trial balance report does not show profit or loss, can or will XERO recode the report in client reports(XERO Blue) and in the advisor templates. This is something I believe all accountants and bookkeepers will welcome the change, as the would improve workflow.
Please refer to trial balance from competitors software (has printed that way for over 30 years)

Show the profit or loss for the year at the bottom of the Trial Balance. On all other accounting packages you can see the profit or loss for the year on the trial balance (some at the bottom and some makes a split between Income statement and Balance sheet and then show the profit or loss there). It is just Xero that does not show the profit or loss on the trial balance and you have to pull a profit and loss to see the profit or loss for the year.

Can there maybe be an additional selection on the TB to sum the Income statement accounts and the balance sheet accounts? As well as to calculate the Profit for the period. The Ideal is to generate one report which shows both rather than a balance sheet report and a Profit& Loss report.
