commentedThe limit needs to be increased asap. We are in the construction industry also and some of our clients have 15 contacts.

commentedI am a bookkeeper, I have customers that are in building and carpentry industry/are tradespersons that have customers that are strata companies and they have up to 20 strata managers. When quoting/invoicing in Xero to have this kind of restriction on the contacts is really messy and does not allow for them to easily see a total outstanding for a single strata company. It is preventing me from recommending your product to other tradespersons. There should be no limit to the amount of contacts per customer. Please rectify this.

commentedI have rather a long list of emails I have to add now. It is so time consuming as I can't seem to copy and paste them. It's so frustrating. Is it really that hard to change this Xero?

commentedIt seems ridiculous that something so simple has a restriction on it. I have just been advised, by Xero, that to get round this is I can add the additional contacts manually when sending invoices etc. ! So I subscribe to an accounting package which should make my life easier, yet I have to do extra work just to keep on top of things... Not to mention ALL the extra click throughs which are being introduced "In the name of progress". This is all just waisting my time!

commentedCan you make this at least 10 people? I have a list of extra people I have to add manually to each invoice. Head office staff plus other warehouse site managers need to sign off on our invoices.

commentedit can't be used as a communication tool if you limit each contact to 6 email addresses, it doesnt work, you need to be able to house your contacts and not be restricted with this

commentedSurely it’s not that hard to work out that this is required by many subscribers. I would think this is a priority!!

commentedAs a small business, we often find that certain clients like to have included in the emails many of their mangers and accounts team. Each client and company we deal have different requirements. Based on the comments having the options to add more than 5 emails seems relatively important.

commentedIn one customer alone I deal with 4 project engineers, 3 safety reps, 2 senior managers and the buying department and need to send quotes to the them all addressed individually. So 10 contacts would be a minimum for me. Ideally available to pick from a drop down on the quote page in my case.

commentedAgreed! This would be helpful. For some of our clients, we deal with more than 5 project officers.

commentedWorking with NHS departments, we would easily need around 10 per organisation. Can't see why the number is restricted.

commentedYes. We have client that has many departments and required different invoices send to different recipients. We need to add more people contact details into each customer contact.

commentedAgree with all comments. We work with multiple contacts within the same organization and every time we need to send a quote, or invoice to the customer, we have to delete the previous contact name and email address, add the current contact. Then make sure we don't send any emails to the wrong person. Being able to open one customer account and select from a contact or contacts within the company will save a lot of time having to enter, delete and re enter contacts.

commentedI agree, we also need to send to multiple users at the clients end for multiple approvals prior to payment and logging of the sales invoices on the clients side!

commentedAgreed, this is sorely needed. Within a single contact I deal with multiple project managers. I need to send invoices to the appropriate project manager in order to get it approved, not just to their accounts team.
I'm batch processing invoices by csv import. Adding in a cc-email field in the import template should be a simple process.

commentedIndeed I am also facing this issue where we had to do different billing and delivery to different ppl from one single customer. I have more than 10 different contact point in one customer. your system is great but I m stuck here and there is no way i can recreate another similar customer in the contact list cos it doesn not allow duplicate. anyways to move forward fast?
