New invoicing - Reduce size of text
URGENT!!!! The new invoicing is quiet frustrating. It doesn't remember past settings when emailing the invoices. So now I need to remember EVERYTIME I send an invoice to click 'send me a copy', which I know I'm going to forget especially if I'm in a rush.
ANNOYING!!!! There's an added step now to attach a pdf. I now need to click add files then drag the pdf, instead of simply dragging it and clicking to send with invoice or not.
It would be good if the Save & Close button had and 'Email for Approval'. I email invoices (unapproved). Once I have the verbal ok, then I approve and send.
The type (text) is very large - unnecessarily large. It may suit some people but it would be good if it could be an option. I personally like to see the invoice as an overall, whilst editing it, especially with multiple lines.
Thanks for continuing to share back through this idea. Right now, as you may have seen in updates to some other ideas - our team are developing the line item grid where you enter detail of your invoices. This will encompass reduced padding and smaller pixels to condense details and help you see more information in one page without as much need to scroll which will help with the feedback you've shared here.
We'll keep you updated of this release here.

The problem with zooming out is that it zooms out ALL tabs - and since there are multiple font sizes on the same page (to make it 'beautiful', I assume - and throwing Accessibility requirements out) it also makes smaller the smaller font sizes. By the time I zoom out to 80% size to make the line item text in an invoice the same size as it is in unzoomed (100% size) classic, the Dashboard is unusable, as is the Help pop-up.

It does but that changes the text size but then I'm constantly scrolling in & out..? That should be required.
With the old invoicing I can see 60 lines (this is at 100%), the new invoicing I can only see 35 lines. If I make the screen 75% I can see 50lines.Because of the larger text there are also more lines needed because the text won't fit in the column on a single line.
