Bank Reconciliation Find & Match - search for multiple invoices
Find & Match function under Bank Reconciliation only allows to search for individual invoices to then pick invoices one by one. Please introduce the option to enter multiple invoices in the search field using a delimiter to then pick multiple invoices to reconcile. This would improve the reconciliation process materially.

Xero Advisor Financials - Automatically fill notes or alert if figures don't match
Currently notes need to be updated manually on the financial statements (as far as I am aware). New accounts need to be added to the respective notes otherwise the figure in the notes will not match the figures in the financial statements.
I feel that this is inviting error as inevitably there will be times where this process is overlooked.it would significantly simplify the process if Xero recognises where a note is connected to a financial statement line item, and then automatically fills in the notes with the same accounts grouped in the financials.
at the very least, there should be an error alert if the total in the financials do not equal the total in the connected note.Currently notes need to be updated manually on the financial statements (as far as I am aware). Contacts - date added /opened to be included in the contacts report
When trying to identify how many new contacts have been added in a certain period it is impossible without pulling months of billing and sorting by client name. Also would be great for marketing to know about Client anniversaries.
Simply by adding a field for the date added when setting up the record would be ideal, it could then be shown on the exported contacts report.

Report - Deselect accounts by typing over selected account in Account Transactions report
In the old version of the report you could over type a selected account with another to quickly see the new account.
In the new version you 1/ can't see the accounts you choose easily, 2/can't deselect (you must first "Select All" then "Deselect All".
If I have missed something please let me know.
This is making spot checking of account transactions much slower, and time equals money.

User Roles - Copy existing privileges to a new user.
When you 'Invite Staff', the ability to copy an existing staff members 'privileges' will speed up the user creation process significantly.

UK Payroll - Download and send reports
Hi there,
I am using payroll manager currently for all my client payroll services, and xero does not provide reports like HMRC monthly payment, P32, I can see it but can not download it to send to my client for payment. Also no employee wage report whereby my client see all deductions/additions and pay net wage to all staffs.
Please check this software https://moneysoft.co.uk/payroll-manager-overview/ this is far best software so far and probably all accounting practices are using it because its user friendly and provide too comprehensive report to clients and employer

Invoice Reminders: Ability to select that reminders only go to original recipient/s

I prefer to check 'include in emails' for all contacts in an organisation, as the quote & invoice recipient/s often vary & I find it simpler to delete unnecessary recipients from the list on each quote or invoice than to add them. I've only just accidentally realised (after years of use) that invoice reminders go out to every email address in an organisation that is 'included in emails' & not just the email recipient/s of the original invoice - I've been unintentionally sending reminders to multiple recipients who have nothing to do with payment... Very embarassing!Other than having to uncheck 'include in emails' for every contact in all of my Contact profiles, bar 'Accounts Payable', or more likely making Accounts Payable the primary contact, is there a way to have the reminders only go out to the original invoice recipient/s?

Thanks for getting in touch.As you may already be aware, invoice reminders are sent to the primary contact and any additional people who have the Include in emails option ticked in their contact record and it's currently not possible to change this.

Reports - Select orders by clicking contact name in Income by Contact report
Income by content.

Would be useful to have the option to decline a PO request to remove it from the 'awaiting approval' tab, currently the only option you have is to delete it.

AU Payroll - Allow 'Working Holiday Makers' to be classed as Australian Residents for tax purposes
We employ some Working Holiday Makers that would be assessed as Australian Residents for Taxation purposes, but the current STP2 system wont allow us to choose the employment type as Working Holiday Visa and then select one of the 2 tax status choices in the Tax tabs. The conflict seems to come from Selecting the Income Type as Working Holiday Maker - It seems a pointless Selection "Payee's country of Origin' if it doesnt trigger the expected tax rate for that selected country. This is going to create a conflict with the ATO for 3 of my staff. Please allow a choice of tax status's, and this will resolve this problem

Sales Invoice - Add 2nd description field
Sales Invoices Additional Line Level Text Field (2nd Description field)
For businesses that need to record the date, reference (work order/docket number & job number) and also the full description of the items purchased for each line item as opposed to issuing separate invoices for each sale to that same customer through out the month.
For example: Trucks pick up materials from the local quarry daily. The driver provides a work order that is sent to the office for invoicing. A draft invoice is created and each work order is added as line on the invoice until the invoice is approved and sent at the end of the month, resulting in one invoice per month instead of one invoice per work order.
Currently all the details have to be entered into the description field which means the descriptions end up being very long. And if they are using Items then they have to edit the text to add all the required detail.
It is also difficult for the receiver of the invoice to match items purchased to their customer jobs for on-billing.

Bank Reconciliation - Make the Find & Match window expandable
On the find and match screen, can we have the ability to expand the size of the window showing the list of transactions, so we spend less time on scrolling. The find and match shows 50 invoices at a time, but you have to scroll to see them.

Expense claims - Add reference to bill
Add in the facility to include "description" when using the expenses app.
Its included in all other transactions, but when expenses imported via the app it loses this feature. Wouldn't be difficult to drag this line in surely?
