  1. When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
    Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR

  3. Please make currency codes in dropdown menu in item 20 ITR display alphabetically (what psychopath decided it was a good idea to put them in a random order?). Also, it should have built-in exchange rates based on ATO average and year end data with the ability to select a methodology (i.e. Actual, Average, or Year End).

  8. Have the option to have a tick box to show a section as completed, as if you have to leave a return part completed and then return to it, (which could be nearly 2 months later) as you have requested additional information, you have to go through it all again to check what you have done whereas a tick box would show which has been done and save you some time.

    Thanks for your feedback to our last update, it helps beef up our product teams understanding of the needs in this idea.

    Right now this isn't something we have direct plans around. However we'd like to continue tracking the demand in this feature and will share if there are updates, here.

  9. It would be fantastic if we could add another Relationship type in XPM, namely 'Unitholder' so we could link the unitholders and their holdings with the Unit Trust.

    Thanks for your engagement and feedback through the idea here, community. Appreciate the examples provided of the needs in being able to add relationship types to your clients. While this is an idea our team have their eyes on, we want to be upfront that it's not something we have planned atm. We'll keep you informed if there's any progress to share on this, here.

  10. Wouldn't it be great to be able to link the Prepaid Borrowing Costs from the Balance sheet to the Borrowing Costs working paper and have a journal entry that filters through to Xero for the annual write off amount. This is a such a simple thing that would once again save time when it comes to processing.

  13. It would be good to filter deleted clients like we can for archived clients on XPM custom reports. At the moment they display on the Income Tax report that compares clients with the ATO list and there is no way to filter them out. It makes finding clients who have dropped off the ATO list difficult.

  14. Can we please customise client page on XPM to add EMAIL.. We currently see the Client NAME, PH NUMBER, and ADDRESS. Can we please add EMAIL to the page?
    It would cut out alot time opening each page if we had some flexibility to simply add the email address column on the first page.

  17. In Xero tax , There should be separate and separate tagging/ mapping for Net wages, Director's Loan accounts, Pension liability , PAYE liability etc. instead of common tagging/Mapping as "other creditors".
    Because Reader/Practitioner may face difficulties to identify figurs in accounts reports. If Xero team provides tagging options more specific to Balance sheet items it will improve quality of Accounts report generated by Xero Tax.

  18. US Tax - Create Schedule C Report with Full Cost (Total/Gross Cost Inclusive of Sales Tax) for tax return. Currently, it will pull the amounts without the sales tax (created when you match a transaction/enter an invoice using tax on purchases amounts) into the report, which is under-reporting the amount for the Schedule C tax deductions.

    The current work-around is to pull the transaction reports for each account and use the Gross amount from those reports in Excel to link back to the Schedule C report.

  19. From what I understand is common in a lot of firms is when a client leaves/dies/etc their client profile is archived in XPM and the data persists into infinity.

    Given the latest high profile data breaches is would be good if XPM had a Housekeeping module where firms could identify archived clients where the attached Personally Identifiable Information (In particular TFN, Bank account, phone/mobile and addresses) is no longer needed and permanently remove it in a structured process.

    A similar process may need to be created for the forms that we generate from XPM so they they are permanently removed…

  20. Need seperate accountants report options for Ltd Company and Sole Trader
    Currently only have this for Company accounts and if you edit it to be suitable for a Sole Trader, then it is not suitable for a Company.
    Need to be able to choose between two options
