Please increase the character limit in the Bank Account Name field to allow for longer business account names

Just a simple one!
Next to the date of birth in Xero PM, could you do a little thingy so the age calculates and shows there?
I've done my best Canva work in the attached to explain better!

Practice Manager - Highlight/banner for notes
I would love to see an improvement with Xero XPM NOTES.
We seem to leave 2 types of notes.
TYPE 1: is URGENT, we want people within the firm to see it and read it. It would be good if you could select this note to be a banner across the top of the clients screen. Similar to how if the client has a debt it shows at the top. (love that function)
TYPE 2: is just an ordinary note that is sufficient with the current design.
It would also be great if you could share notes across multiple clients…

XPM - Ability to tag client’s Xero org
Be able to tag clients
Purpose; so we can bulk tag non current clients for archiving and create jobs for the next days individual tax returns.

XPM - Ability to see staff's dashboards
Partners can see/change to all staff's dashboards from within their own dashboard.
Purpose: to monitor poor performing staff in a timely manner

To allow users to type the date in XPM.
Purpose: Because it is easier to type the date instead of the date picker.

Able to create recurring tasks from an existing task.
Purpose: It’s easier to just create a recurring job from an existing job, rather than creating a new job.
