XPM - Add column for Email to Client list
Can we please customise client page on XPM to add EMAIL.. We currently see the Client NAME, PH NUMBER, and ADDRESS. Can we please add EMAIL to the page?

Like the Tax reminders for provisional and student loan but for GST and maybe even PAYE, so if you create and file the GST return though Practice Manger it feeds back info on what is outstanding and what has been paid with the option of sending reminders out to clients on payments due about a week out from the final date.11 votes -

It would be helpful to have as a print option for the Depreciation Schedule the ability to print asset serial numbers. This is one of the few fields not current able to be selected.Application is transport Companies and Engineering Companies which have a high reliance on serial number identification.

Practice Manager | Report on Final Returns lodged
I am wanting to run a weekly report which lists any lodged returns that have been ticked as Final Returns in the return itself. This will then trigger a set of tasks to wind up the client (ie ASIC deregistrations etc).

Xero Practice Manager - Tax
I want to be able to run two reports to see which staff have tax access to which clients and to see to which clients a staff member has tax access. This is very important for security purposes and additionally to help us meet our obligations as tax agents.

XPM group view - Main email
Hi Support,
When you view a group in XPM it shows you the recipients, the phone and address fields, it would be amazing if the mail email address was also displayed.

Xero Sign - have the ability to see if a client has viewed the signing pack
It would be excellent to be able to see if a client has viewed the Xero Sign email pack.

XPM - Ability to schedule tasks
An easier way to schedule tasks. A lot of my clients create annual jobs with lots of tasks and want to be able to schedule tasks in the same way you can allocate staff. You hit a button and schedule all the tasks in a list with assignable start and due dates. I have more than 40 clients that I am doing implementation and training and XPM support for, and all of them has asked me for an easier way to do task scheduling.

User Roles - Access to timesheets for managers in XPM
We need to improve permissions on XPM, I want to provide permission to my managers to their staff members timesheets. The only way I can do this is to give them access is by giving them Access Financial data which really is too high for what we require.

XPM - Invoice Pay Now function
Invoices issued from XPM need to have the ability to have payment services so that clients can click on a Pay Now button and pay the invoice immediately in order to:
- improve cashflow by collecting monies as soon as possible
- remove the need to push invoices into blue xero to gain access to Pay Now functionality
- remove double handling of invoices that practice staff originate in XPM and then operations staff have to issue from blue Xero. Practice staff should be able to manage practice invoices without having to involve operations staff.10 votes -
AU Tax - Report to show ATO due date and suspended date
Could you please add the field “[Tax Return] Suspended Until” to the fields available when you write an “Income Tax Client – ITCRPT” report.
This would allow a report of all clients we are ATO Agent for showing their tax return due date, status and suspended until date all on one report.

If we request the income tax client report through Xero, the due dates update in the client detail level, but not in the tax return if they have already been created.
Being able to bulk update the due dates within the tax return, especially when deferrals are requested and successful with the ATO would be helpful as manually updating them all can be time consuming.10 votes -
XPM - Flag clients
Is there a way to flag a client, ie Warning/Ban or make them Inactive but keep their history in Xero?
We have a system that have a number of clients with similar/identical names and we would like flag a client for particular reason, ie account terms etc or ban etc.

Xero Tax (NZ & AU) - Print multiple returns at once
Being about to print multiple Tax Returns by selecting the box in Returns and having a print options, it would be amazing if you could also select to redact Tax file numbers or choose to print them.
At the moment I need to print 17 today, I have to go into each individual client and select the tax return, select to print etc. It would save a lot of time being able to print multiples10 votes
