Practice Manager - Ability to archive deregistered clients in group profiles
We have an abundance of deregistered clients/entities in our client list. We would like the option of archiving these clients, but if they are still linked through the group, then they still show up under the group profile - but maybe in a separate section, so the group profile could list current clients and archived clients.
Ideally, we want to archive them because they aren't an existing client anymore, however, we would still like them to be visible/searchable with the client data, so we can see their historical entities and for other reasons.
Note, this would also work well with the group profile idea raised separately.
We have DNAF (do not act for) clients that this could also work well with, however, there is another idea raised to manually list/link relationships on profiles, which would assist with this issue too.

I agree - it would save us countless hours if archived clients could remain attached to a client group. Sometimes we need to reinstate archived clients or carry out an administrative function relating to an archived group of entities and it is a protracted process when we need to manually find all the related entities that were originally grouped together.

If a lead has been lost, can that automatically remove the 'prospects' in XPM, or do I have to go and archive them individually?
