PLS Report in TrustEasy Format to manage Fee From Refund
PLS Report (EFT Reconciliation Report): Currently it merges first two fields of client name and surname and if that could be fixed with ability to export in .csv / excel please. It would be great if it PLS report could be exported in TrustEasy format to manage fee from refund (attached).

This is a basic and should be a simple fix that will save Xero clients a lot of frustration and improve the overall Xero tax software package.

As mentioned by other users below, this issue wastes a lot of time and leaves room for human error. Most other software provide the file in this format.

Not being able to export the EFT Reconciliation Report in the correct format needed means we are having to do unnecessary double handling, which is very counterproductive, particularly during such a busy time of year. As already mentioned, it does leave room for human error also.

Please see above- this would be most helpful, if this could occur, as the current format is time consuming and more prone to human error. This should be an easy fix, and be most helpful. Please fix format

Fixing this report is critical. During the months of July to October we will have anywhere between 20 to 100 ATO refunds to process per day. Having to manually edit the PSL Report from Xero so we can import this to our Trust Software is a huge waste of time, not to mention the potential for human error. Please fix the report!
