  1. It would be great if we could report on more fields in XPM - in this instance, who does an invoice in XPM. There is a history section in the invoice, but there is no way to add this data to a report. E.g. I am using a 'job report' that includes the 'Date Last Invoiced', and it would be great if we could also show 'who created the invoice' (and/or approved and exported). We have tried adding a custom field on the job to allocate the staff member, but as this is manual, it would be a lot easier…

  2. When a client uploads or emails a file to the Xero files area of their own subscription, it would be helpful if we, as their accountants, could receive a notification to let us know there is a file waiting for us.
    This should be an optional setting, perhaps even with limits (eg notify me for every 5 files uploaded).

  3. It would be really helpful to be able to able to pull off a debtor report showing the NET figures, not gross. As i am continually being requested by IF to reproduce debtors report as net as they don't fund the VAT !

  4. Is it possible to have the starred clients as feature in reports? If we export a client list, we can't see which clients are the 'starred' (main contact for the group in our case). It would be super handy when trying to get a list of our main contacts and easily remove the clients that aren't starred.

  7. Would be great to have an option for clients to bulk sign a document pack e.g. similar to Docusign where multiple pdf's are treated as one document.

    At the moment, if there was a document pack with 15 BAS's, the client would have to click into the individual document, click the signature boxes and click to confirm signature. They then have to click into the next document and repeat the same process another 14 times.

    Would be good to have a feature/option we can select when sending out the document, so the client can sign the documents in bulk.

  8. It would be great if we could have the ability to apply multiple relationships to a single entity at once, perhaps as a multiple checkboxes. So for example, when setting up a company, we might have one person who is the Director, Secretary, Public Officer and Shareholder but at the moment we need to add these in one at a time.

  9. The option to have a draft automatically created when a recurring job is generated. Such as for GST and AIM.

    Hey community, thanks for you interest in this idea. 

    Wanted to let everyone know about a change to document packs in Xero HQ 😊

    Whilst not quite what this request is after, if you're a member of a UK, NZ or AU practice, you'll now be able to send out bulk reminders for document packs in Xero HQ.

    As this request is specifically for bulk reminders in AU Xero Tax, I won't be closing it out. We'll leave it open to continue to collect feedback and gauge community interest.

  11. We suggest to add the option to view TAX return versions when modifications are made to the return.
    We have found through our work that is an URGENT need to track changes made to returns for efficient audit and accountability.

  14. Simplified view of outstanding receipts that need to be processed to the accounting software ie numbers reflected in the top tabs.

When completing Bank Reconciliations (especially for those customers with 5+ bank accounts) it would be useful to see an indicator of Unreconciled Items in the drop-down list at the top left corner of the screen. This could either be the number of unreconciled items, or simply an asterisk to indicate there are items to be reconciled.

    I often use this drop-down to switch between their most-used bank accounts, but if there was something to indicate which accounts still have unreconciled items, this would be immensely helpful and save a lot of time switching back to the main Bank Accounts screen…

  16. So annoying that my published reports remove decimals points every time. PLEASE MAKE THIS CHANGE. Published reports should be saved as is!!! Do not modify my published report XERO! We produce hundreds of these reports every month and have to keep adding the decimal back. This is driving our firm insane!!!

  20. XeroTax: Showing Client ID Code on Client page and being able to search by Client CODE, TFN, ABN, Mobile.
