  1. Update the text flags for the reconciled/completed (etc) flags in workpapers so that they change if an item is marked as complete or not (i.e. the wording changes from Not Completed to Completed once flagged). This would assist staff who are colour blind or have other vision impairments that mean that they can't see the coloured flags but instead could hover over the icon to see if an items was completed or not.

  2. When editing the document in Hubdoc, could the creditor/suppliers bank account number please automatically show in the Xero details area. As then we could confirm that the right Xero creditor has been selected and that the bank account number matches the supplier invoice at that moment.

  4. Rename "other name" field to "middle name/s", need another field for casual name (say for example people that go by their middle name) and also put first name or casual name on contact details screen that is shown on front screen, currently showing other name for some reason...

  5. We would like Hubdoc to convert an uploaded Bank statement into a csv file.
    So as to easily import the data into Xero to reconcile new bank accounts prior to bank feed connection.

    Hello everyone, we want to let you know that we’ve recently released the ability to convert PDF bank statements into pre-formatted CSV files in Xero (Read more on our blog for more information).

    Currently, this feature is only available in the US and Canada. We know this tool will also be valuable to other regions and we'll be sure to update you with any new information about it becoming available globally.

    For now, we’ll move the status of this idea to ‘Under review’. So keep voting and give us your input on how this feature can benefit your workflow!

  6. A report for strictly manual journals that would show ID, Narration, accts, etc, or the ability to filter manual journals in the current journal report.

  7. As with Individual returns and Activity Statements, the contact name and email address are automatically populated when you press request signature. For some reason, Company, Trust, and Pship returns have to be manually entered. Besides the time, it opens up the risk of an incorrect address being entered. Please fix this small but meaningful step.

  8. It would be efficient to have recurring time entries to be saved as a favorite in XPM instead of having to complete all three segments about Client, Job & Task. Especially for daily recurring Internal Time entries such as Non-Billable Time for Meetings, Personal Breaks or Filing Emails etc.

  10. Currently the report's filters only available to filter thing that " contain " in the respective categories. Can you please also include the option "do not contain" - so that we could produce report to omit things that we would not wish to include. Thank you

    Hi Komal, just to make sur we understand the idea here properly. When you say you'd like a report of all direct debits, is this where you've made a direct debit payment for bills? Or where you have customers that may be on direct debit payments with your business? 

  14. At the moment, within XPM staff permissions, there is either full access for managing invoices (view, edit, create and delete invoices), or nothing. Staff should have access to view previous invoices for tax return preparation, but not necessarily the permission to edit, create or delete invoices. Would like more access granularity for this feature.

  15. We work in small teams and it would be great if we could get a "Staff" drop down added for the client set up. So we could know the partner on the account, the lead accountant/manager and the staff member that works on the file so we know who to approach for various issues :)

  16. To have the Xero Fx rate populate automatically, show up as a suggestion, or be able to be selected via drop-down list within the Payments screen when Fx is involved. Currently you have to open a new tab, go to settings/currency, enter you date and then copy/paste the Fx rate.

It would be great if Xero AI was smart enough to recognize, or have the ability to set settings, so that if a location is added to a transaction, the default tax code for that region will populate based on whether it is a sale/purchase. But also have the ability to edit the tax code if for some reason you need to

  18. When you use the cog in Hubdoc to update supplier information e.g. payment terms it use to being up the supplier, but it has recently stopped doing this. Now you have to search for the supplier to update and this takes time and is frustrating, especially as you use to be able to do this. Please put back this facility.

  19. copy the functionality of access Handisoft to be able to hide details of partners and their own entities from staff in XPM. They can see TFN for example. In Handisoft they can'r even see an address much less who in in the partners private group.
