  3. Home page or landing page -- can you put the "go to xero" button on the left of the client's name? The new page makes it so I have to scroll so far to the right to get to those buttons, that I no longer know which client is on which line of the table. It is harder to log in and go directly to my client's books now.

  4. You have 4 other online cloud document management systems listed via XPM. We use SharePoint and would request this to be added as a further option to link our programs for efficiency and easy of use.

    We would then like tasks to be setup in jobs, that we can "link" documents in Sharepoint, to tasks/jobs in XPM.

    When Importing from blue Xero to green xero - populating the tax return with data prepared on blue xero, the loan accounts with bank feed always appear in ASSETS section and no matter how many times we import that figure in the liability section, it appears as negative and thus unable to lodge

  6. Add a custom column similar to a custom row into reports.

    This would be used to include quantities for livestock reports, for automating % of trust distributions payable to beneficiaries prior end of June.

    This currently can't be done in reports.

    1/ For ACTIVITY STATEMENTS - xero already retrieves the bpay details. Can Xero retrieve the Auspost billpay details, and ATO PRN details for credit card payment too to be printed/esign emailed when generating the Activity statement?

    2/ For Income tax returns - for entities that have a payable result, can Xero retrieve the bpay, post billpay, and PRN details that can be printed/esign emailed along with the tax return?

    3/ and for ITR, can Xero retrieve the bpay, post billpay, and PRN details so that it can be sent along with the OoA email/print out?

  8. Enable reporting / export for the 'Fee from Refund' field under Tax under the Tax and Company section in clients.

    The other fields in the ax and Company section are available in the Client & Contact Report Builder, however this field is overlooked. I understand that there is a 3rd party request to have this field included in the Client API.

    Hello everyone, we want to let you know that we’ve recently released the ability to convert PDF bank statements into pre-formatted CSV files in Xero (Read more on our blog for more information).

    Currently, this feature is only available in the US and Canada. We know this tool will also be valuable to other regions and we'll be sure to update you with any new information about it becoming available globally.

    For now, we’ll move the status of this idea to ‘Under review’. So keep voting and give us your input on how this feature can benefit your workflow!

  10. It would be really helpful if there was a way of adding a notification dot on the "failed" tab in Hubdocs to alert the user to any documents that have not been published. We have often had documents that have failed but forget to look on the failed tab. A reminder dot would be so helpful and probably quite easy to install into the programme. Is this possible please?

  13. Would be useful for tracking purposes to have ability of exporting clients list together with table informing who is subscriber. At the moment even filter like that cannot be applied to display clients in Xero HQ.

  15. It would be extremely helpful if there was an option to set multiple lock dates for various clients at once, so that we don't have to go into each client separately each month. It would also be helpful to have this option on Xero HQ with a view to their current locked period as well.

  16. Update the text flags for the reconciled/completed (etc) flags in workpapers so that they change if an item is marked as complete or not (i.e. the wording changes from Not Completed to Completed once flagged). This would assist staff who are colour blind or have other vision impairments that mean that they can't see the coloured flags but instead could hover over the icon to see if an items was completed or not.

  17. When editing the document in Hubdoc, could the creditor/suppliers bank account number please automatically show in the Xero details area. As then we could confirm that the right Xero creditor has been selected and that the bank account number matches the supplier invoice at that moment.

  19. Rename "other name" field to "middle name/s", need another field for casual name (say for example people that go by their middle name) and also put first name or casual name on contact details screen that is shown on front screen, currently showing other name for some reason...

  20. As with Individual returns and Activity Statements, the contact name and email address are automatically populated when you press request signature. For some reason, Company, Trust, and Pship returns have to be manually entered. Besides the time, it opens up the risk of an incorrect address being entered. Please fix this small but meaningful step.
