New Home Page Feedback

Not a fan of the new home page, previous one was so much better, simple yet effective. I would much prefer to stay on the old one for good. The icons/widgets on the new page are too big and too busy. Previous page was simple and easy to navigate. As they say, don't fix something that isn't broken.

Hi team, thank you for your feedback. We have 2 main ideas that relate to the sizing of the widgets and wanting a simpler layout that I welcome you to add your support to.

However I want to be open that the new homepage will permanently become the new experience over this year. We don't accept ideas for the removal of new features, but are very open to hearing what changes you feel could better your experience of the new homepage - please feel free to start a new idea if there are other particular changes you feel could improve this experience for you.

    I don't understand this change being forced on me. I pay for a service and you are providing a different service I don't want and didn't ask for. Your lack of understanding what customers want is showing.

    Hi! How about nothing! There was nothing wrong with the layout and forced to having to adapt to a new interface for no compelling reason is annoying. Just our 2 cents.

    Have the option to "switch back to old" for dashboard permanently rather than for a limited time

    I have revisited the new website to see what it has to offer. Why do we need:
    1. such large icons, most users are not partially sighted so they take up too much of the page and so more scrolling needs to be done to get where you want.
    2. It shows unnecessary items such as the simplistic bar chart for profit and loss. If you want to see that you look at proper figures not images as they really do not tell you anything useful only an overall summary, and if you are not already aware of that you maybe should learn more about your business.
    3. There is no real need for the additional widgets as the essential features of accounting are fully covered by the simple format of the old website home page and I have never used any and prefer to make my desktop as simple as possible, just covering the essentials I need for running the accounts.

    Pretty colours do not mean anything unless you are not fully aware of what is going on.

    Actually the program could do with more functional improvements such as a clear method for reconciling unusual events, e.g. I recently received a rebate on business rates that could not be easily reconciled through the billing system and also I needed to delete the remaining bill from the local authority because the premises were sold. I ended up having to get my accountant to sort it out, which had additional cost implications.

    couldn't agree more. there is to much going on. and you can't even delete the ones that your not interested on.

    Can we have an option to keep the 2025 homepage, I've looked at the new one and it doesn't offer me any improvement.

    I use it regularly but director's glance at it to check things and I will have to keep explaining the difference to them
