XPH Homepage - View full Time Sheet Entry
New Timesheet Entry - we prefer the old full page view of timesheets from the Dashboard Enter Time screen. You can't see the full page view with the timesheet notes now.
Also, the notes entry window should be shown at all times, not be click to open. People will forget to enter their timesheet notes if it is not viewable at all times (like I just did). The time popout box hides some other entry points - like editing staff client access, it shows behind the time box, and it wouldn't shut, I had to hit refresh to get rid of it to view the area I needed to.
The other thing I notice is I can't click through to clients or jobs now from timesheets. This was a quick way to navigate. Now I'm forced to use the new search which isn't functioning how it used to...

Thanks for raising your idea.
However, this idea doesn’t quite meet the criteria for a “good idea” because it includes a few different things at once:
- Several separate feature requests (full-page view, always-on notes, click-through navigation)
- Plus what looks like a potential bug or performance issue (the time popout covering parts of the screen and only clearing after a refresh)

The problem with the time popout blocking the screen and getting stuck sounds like a technical issue. It’s best to report this directly to Xero Support, so the team can investigate and fix it.
For the feature requests:
Your suggestions for a full-page timesheet view, always-visible notes, and improved click-through navigation are great improvements. To give each idea proper visibility and allow the community to vote on them, please submit each feature request as its own individual idea in the Ideas forum.

as a suggestion, can the order of the times be altered, place the newest one first. I am constantly doing small jobs for a number of clients, when I go back in to record the times I can't scroll down to see the last job on the page. Maybe less white space, smaller font.

Sometimes when you click the X to close the timer window, it does not go away. I click it several times. Hitting refresh gets rid of it.

I note when you are entering time, you can't see the previous time sheets on the same screen, so it is more difficult to enter the gap timesheets. E.g. I did client work from 11:05 to 11:45, I go to enter a timesheet for the morning, but didn't remember the first time captured was 11:05, I had to cancel what I was doing and go back to see the time, then enter from 8:30 to 11:05. This makes it harder. Please bring back the main screen time sheet review and entry - it was great and worked well alongside the timer widget. The timer widget alone is not ideal, or needs to have more viewable. And again, clicking to open the time sheet note field is annoying.
