AU Tax returns - Notes: Add and Display Notes before history
In a tax return we have the option to Add notes. When we add them, we can't see them without clicking into them. I use Notes to say if a return is manually signed.
My suggestions are:
1. Logically the option to Add Note should be immediately above the History listing (ie on the line where the View Notes toggle is) so users don't have to hunt around for it.
2. The Note details (ie the text of the Note) should be visible in the listing, not behind another link.

Thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the request to display user notes above the system history in tax returns. Having key notes more prominently positioned could make it easier for reviewers to find important context without scrolling through the full history.
