Tax Manager - Allow suspended tax returns to be progressed to Signed status without removing suspension
In the old return manager, it is possible to push suspended tax returns from approved through to the signed stage and this is where they would lock. In the new tax manager, when the return is approved then suspended, it is not possible to push through to signed.
Can the new tax manager adopt the old previous ability so there is no back and forth or suspended / removing suspension then adding it back?

Appreciate you raising this suggestion, Britney. Having the ability to move a suspended return directly to Signed could remove the need to temporarily change its suspension status.

Hi Britney, it is possible to change the status if you open the return, without removing the suspension lock, but it's really annoying. The old way was much easier.

Selecting the checkboxes for returns etc that are suspended.
In the old system we were able to select the check box and move the returns along the progression ie from Approved to To Sign or from To Sign to To File. In the new Tax Manager, they are greyed out and are unable to select. You have to open the return and do it from there. That is annoying. They only need to be stopped from lodging, not moving through the other statuses.
