Hi everyone, thanks for your interests and sharing on the idea here. Being totally open, we don't have plans in the near term for any change that'd solve for the idea here. This may be something we consider down the line and will keep the idea here open to continue monitoring.
For the time being, we wanted to share a way you can remove links from the customer statement using a custom branding theme that you'd apply when sending a statement.
Once the new branding theme is created, you can select it when printing or sending the customer statement, and the invoice link will be removed.

Please allow us to disable this new change! We invoice through a separate software and do not want the clients seeing the Xero version as it is not set up for them to view! Pretty unhappy that this change was made without being made aware as our clients have now seen invoices we don't want them seeing. This change has created a massive load of work for me now.

The link to invoices is very confusing to customers as we use another program to send our invoices. Please remove this feature as its currently creating extra work for us!

We import our invoices from an external program. there is no need for customer to see link to the way invoice appears when in Xero - please advise a fix to have the hyperlinks on a statement removed!

Client uses add-on to send invoices so do not want the customer to be able to click through to this invoice
