Contact - Add due date column on to the contact record
In a Customer profile, please consider adding the column for Due Date between the Issue Date and Paid Date. It would make for a natural progression of the invoice status. Thanks.
Hi Dan, having the due date clearly visible within a contact record makes a big difference when you’re managing collections. That quick, at-a-glance view helps you see exactly what needs chasing and when, without jumping between screens.
This is actually an existing feature in Xero. When you open a specific contact, you can click the Columns icon to customise what’s shown. The Due date column is already available to select.
If you enable Issue date, Due date, and Paid date, they’ll display in that order on the contact record, giving you a clear timeline for each transaction.
