AU Payroll - Recurring leave request
We have 2 employees that will be taking 1 day LSL every week in the new financial year and it would be very helpful if there was a way to add in this type of leave request as a recurring request for the same day each week. Rather than having to add in 1 day leave for each occasion.

As we continue to expand and develop AI capabilities across Xero, exploring ways to streamline and automate data entry, like leave requests, is something we may look into down the line. While this isn't on our immediate roadmap, hearing your specific use cases helps us gauge demand.
In the meantime, manual entry remains the standard approach. Please keep sharing your examples and feedback here—we’ll continue to keep you updated as our plans progress.

I have an employe that takes two non-consecutive days leave a week. It would save a lot of time to be able to bulk or set a rule for this employee.

We have a staff member travelling this year and will be using 2 days leave each week. Would be great to add this in as a bulk entry not having to do it for each week.

It would be great if we could do a bulk add in leave requests for RDO's - I have 130 employees I have to manually enter their RDO's for each person individually each fortnight. This is super time consuming. I would love to be able to select the date and tick the employees who had an RDO.

We have two employees that take unpaid leave once a fortnight. I would like to be able to have this setup as a recurring in the payroll template instead of having to add the leave in each week / fortnight manually.
