accrue annual leave on all ordinary hours pay items
Xero needs to Accrue Annual Leave on all Ordinary Hours pay items. Currently if you have multiple hourly rates setup for an employee the only one that accrues leave is the ordinary hours under their employee details. There is an option for Overtime pay items to accrue leave but only if the pay item rate is a multiple of the employees ordinary earnings rates. This is not a fix for employers who have employees working on Saturdays and Sundays as ordinary hours receiving penalty rates at a set rate not a multiple. Please make this an option on all Overtime Earnings or make it so that ALL ordinary hours pay items accrue leave as they should. The fix noted on the thread "AU Payroll - Accrue Leave on Multiple Earnings Rate in Payroll" is not a fix.
