One thing that MYOB did very well with their MYOB Assist app was the ability to Capture a Receipt. Take a photo, and it was added to Uploads to be matched to a transaction.
We do not use expense claims. Credit card transactions are reconciled daily, same as bank accounts.
In the Xero Me app, add a Capture a Receipt function, that will add the receipt to either Draft Bills, or Awaiting Approval.

You can already do this in the Xero Accounting App Danielle! The user just needs the right permissions to access the bank accounts and they can add a receipt which will become a spend money transactions or they can add a bill if they don't have access to the bank accounts. We have a bit if help around this in Xero Central, but if you need an extra hand you can raise a case with our Xero Support specialists. 😊
