Navigation - Add Custom reports access to Reports menu
Custom reports as an option the Report drop down. I know we can favourite them, but if we have a lot of custom reports it's quicker just to go to the custom report page immediately and work from there.

I agree that I feel this would be a super useful tool, it would be a massive time saver if we had the option to jump straight to custom report. I have many entities and all have a large amounts of custom reports, too many to save on the favourites dropdown. I hope this is an idea that Xero consider.

Yes please, when you have 20 custom reports for one client, you do not want to favourite them all.
