User permissions update to Standard & Read Only
Standard user to be able to run and publish reports. Standard user to be able to prepare BAS but not submit (current set up), able to lock period but not modify locked period.
Invoice only to be able to see Contacts and activity history in contact. No ability to change financial details.
Advisor role should be higher authority than standard, ie to be able to override locked period transaction without opening the period. Able to build new/customreport, submit BAS.
Currently bookkeeper has to be set in Advisor similar to the senior accountant due to inability to publish reports. Often transactions went through to the locked period when advisor had to open the locked period during business hours.
