Xero Support: Include organisation name in Case notification emails.
Add Client Name within case email confirmations to assist with identification, currently we receive emails into a shared email address where anyone in our xero team could have raised a case for any client, the email we receive does not have the client name for quick identification so could this information please be added into the email text?

This isn't something we are currently working on, but we'll share it with the community to gauge interest. Be sure to share your idea with any colleagues who could benefit so they can add their vote!

We have undertaken work for a client "Sarang" who paid his account through stripe, invoices 4093 and 4094, $805 and $517.50 respectively.
We believe its all been done in good faith at his end, we have received confirmation from Stripe to say Sarang has paid, but no money has been deposited since the invoice dates of 28th April 2026.
Could you please confirm what is happening as we used this secure system in good faith.
