Partner points - review for small island nations
I am writing to submit feedback regarding the current Xero Partner Program structure for practices operating in Fiji.Currently, Fiji partners are subject to standard international point thresholds to achieve Bronze, Silver, or Gold status. However, due to the unique economic landscape and smaller population size of our island nation, local firms face a natural ceiling on growth that makes these global thresholds disproportionately difficult to reach.We love using Xero with our clients and want to continue promoting it. I kindly request that the regional management team review the viability of introducing a lower, localized tier threshold for Fiji to fairly reward the efforts of small island partners.Thank you for your time and for supporting your partners in the Pacific.
