Documents should allow Editing when the document has not been allocated any Payment/Credit etc in Xero and if the period it relates to is still open.
Changing "account number", "Tracking" should always be allowed - is the same as find and recode. If an error is located in HUBDOC we should be able to fix it there and allow Xero update.
