Reports - Aged Turnover for both Suppliers and Customers

The delivered response to my previous idea was no correct. The aged summary/detail reports only show what is outstanding.
The report I am requesting is to show the turnover, monthly across 12 months so that we can see what we have spent with a supplier each month for that year, but also what a customer has spent with us.

Hi team, returning to the idea here I'd also like to highlight the Income and Expense by contact report which can be run for a date range and with comparative columns. You'll also find you can drill into the figures of the report to view all transactions that make up the total for that contact.

Alternatively, there is the Receivable and Payable Invoice Summary reports that can be filtered for the transaction types you'd like to see and grouped by Contact.

Is there anything missing from these reports that you'd need to get the view you're after here?

    Is there any update on the report mentioned within this thread? This is a standard required report for annual auditing purposes and I can now see this is going to take ages to produce by having to trawl through individual accounts. Xero please can you look at introducing this report function. Thank you.

    Astounded that this is not being actioned. There is not another accounting package that does not have a TURNOVER report for both customers and suppliers as standard. Xero really needs to up it's game where all reports are concerned, or develop a report generator like sage so we can get what information we need.

    This is such a basic requirement for an accounts package. Apparently Xero is better at some things, but I fail to see what those things are. I miss Sage.

    Having to troll through each customer/supplier to come up with totals is so inconvienient. PLEASE get this report actioned asap. Xero might be better at some things but reports for Accountants are sadly lacking and make me miss Sage!

    Why do xero not comment on these suggestions? It's been 6 months and still waiting. An aged turnover report for either customers or suppliers is a fundamental requirement of most businesses. Xero really lack in the reporting area.

    I agree with Les. I'm using a calculator to add figures off reports - very frustrating.
