Quotes - Ability to send delivery note upon quote acceptance
A way of converting quotes accepted into order acknowledgements and / or delivery notes before creating the Invoice would be helpful. I use a work around with templates, but it shows prices which you don't really need or want on delivery notes and the attachment PDF is still labelled as a quote.
Hi Rob thanks for sharing this here. We can see how having an order acknowledgment or delivery note upon quote acceptance could be useful to have. We will open this idea up to get more support from the community. Just to add on to your last two points, you can edit the way the PDF attachment shows. You can also create DOCX templates, so that the price does not show. If you require further support with this, please do not hesitate to raise a case with our support team.

We have the same requirement. Once a customer has accepted the quote, I would like to generate a draft invoice, but then have the ability to print either a picking slip or delivery note. without having to change the theme each time. At present the Delivery not uses a generic template which does not include the stock code and looks completely different to our custom invoice template.
This feature would be tremendously helpful as the document would streamline our documentation processes and ability to quickly and easily generate delivery notes/picking slips.

We often invoice once a week or so, it would be good to have an option to mark an 'accepted' quote as complete. This will help prevent missing them at the invoicing point as the staff member completing the projects is always difference to the staff member invoicing.

After the customer accepts the quote, we need to book the work in. It doesn't get invoiced until the work is complete. It would be helpful if we could add an "Expected Start Date" to quotes after they've been accepted, or at least be able to mark it as "Booked".
